Having worked as the owner of multiple Lunch Stop Franchise locations, he managed the daily operation of corporate cafeterias franchise in five different locations simultaneously. His corporate cafeteria franchises were known for their excellent service, high quality of food, and very low, if any, complaints. James' interactions with customers, employees, and vendors were extremely notable.
